Point of Sale
A counter till with the whole back office behind it.
The problem
The till knows what sold; nothing knows what it cost you
A cash drawer and a notebook run most shops: stock is counted by eye, credit sales are remembered, and profit is whatever is left at the end of the month. The POS keeps the counter fast and writes everything down — stock by location, cost per unit, who bought on credit, who sold what — so the month's numbers are there without a stocktake.
Ring up sales in person from the same products, stock and customers a web store would use — with branches, staff, a customer credit ledger, barcodes and the reports a shop owner actually reads. Add the online store later with one switch.
What you get
Every screen below is the real thing
Captured from a working store — not drawn. What you see is what you sign in to.
A fast counter till
Scan or search, take cash or card, print the receipt. Every sale is an order in the same list web orders land in, drawing on the same stock, so one business keeps one set of numbers.

Stock by branch and location
See what is on the floor, in the back room and at the other branch, transfer between them, and let each till sell from its own location while the totals stay whole.

A customer khata that keeps itself
Sell on credit, record what was paid back and see who owes what — the ledger every shop keeps in a notebook, kept for you per customer, with the history to settle any argument.

Barcode labels and scanning
Print labels for products that arrive without a barcode, and scan any barcode at the till. The code on the label is the product's SKU, so nothing is typed twice.

Staff, roles and commission
Give each cashier their own sign-in and only the screens they need, and see sales by staff member. Commission is earned when the order is delivered, and the report is ready on pay day.

Sales, profit and expenses, by day
Revenue is the easy number. These reports carry cost of goods, expenses and salaries too, so the figure at the bottom is profit — by day, by branch, by product.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I add an online store later?
- Yes. The Online Store add-on switches a storefront on over the same products, stock and customers. Web orders land in the same order list as counter sales.
- Can I run more than one branch?
- Yes. Each branch is a location with its own stock and its own tills; transfers move stock between them, and reports read per branch or for the whole business.
- How many cashiers can I add?
- As many as your plan's staff limit allows — see the Point of sale tab on the pricing page. Each cashier gets their own sign-in and role.
