Frequently asked questions
- How does per-project pricing work?
- Each project — an online store, a point of sale, a portfolio site — is billed on its own plan. The plans and their prices are the same whichever module you pick; the tabs above only word each plan’s limits in that module’s terms. Upgrade or downgrade one project without touching the others.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — one trial per account, on a real paid plan’s limits, for the number of days shown above. Pay any day of the trial and the remaining days are added on top of your first term.
- What happens when I go past my plan’s limits?
- SMS and email beyond your monthly allowance are metered at the rates shown above, drawn from a prepaid balance, so there is no surprise invoice. Or buy a pack up front. Storage and product counts are hard limits — upgrade the plan to lift them.
- Do I save by paying for longer?
- Yes. Choose a longer term and the discount shown on the toggle comes off the whole term. Add-ons follow the project’s term, so everything renews on one date.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Every project gets a free subdomain, and plans that include a custom domain connect it with automatic SSL.
- What if I stop paying?
- The project is suspended, not deleted: its store shows a closed sign and everything comes back the moment the invoice is paid. The terms of service state how long a lapsed project is kept and whether a late fee applies.
