Privacy Policy

This policy says what BOHUMIX collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers the marketing site, the dashboard and every project you run on the platform.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number when you register; your billing history; the settings and content of your projects; and technical records of visits — the address, browser and pages of a request — kept to run and secure the service.

Your customers’ data

The customers, orders and messages inside your project belong to you; we process them only to run your store on your instructions. You are the controller of that data and you answer to your customers for how it is used. We never sell it, and we never use one store’s customers to help another.

What we use it for

To provide the service and bill for it; to send the account and security notices you need — a renewal reminder, a sign-in code; to answer support; and, with your consent, to send product news. Analytics on the marketing site run only after you accept the cookie banner.

Who else sees it

The providers needed to run the service — hosting, email and SMS delivery, payment gateways, couriers — each under a contract that limits them to that job. Authorities, when the law requires it. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. A lapsed project follows the retention window in the terms of service; a deleted project is removed with its media. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Security

Data travels encrypted, access is limited to the staff who need it and is logged, and staff access to your project for support needs a PIN that you grant. Passwords are never stored in a readable form.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export and delete your data from the dashboard, or by writing to us. Where the law gives you further rights — to object, to restrict, to complain to a regulator — they apply.

Cookies

One cookie remembers your language and currency and one keeps you signed in. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them on the banner, and you can decline them without losing anything.
